Delivered a defective SumSung washer and no one pick up the call to solve this issue.

The Home Depot's replacement windows are terrible! This was a $16,000 purchase, and I will have to replace them. If I could give a zero rating I would. Every single window has something wrong with it. One is too small for the opening and leaves a .5" gap at the bottom when its latched. Others are too big and won't latch at all. One window will only open 3.5". Inner seals have gaps. There's no way that these windows were inspected, and they don't resemble the "after" windows in the promotional materials. The sales person got angry with me when I asked about installing electrical service to my garage.

I will never be purchasing from Home Depot again. As a store they have low quality customer ********************** in most places. So we started purchasing online and that is where this has turned to a nightmare.We ordered just over $1,800 worth of items to improve our flowerbeds. I selected delivery and was asked to put notes for delivery. I asked them to drop off the items on the side of the house on the grass because that is the ONLY place our HOA will allow items to be stored overnight. you really need to. improve your website ..to make it more customer friendly. I CANNOT FIND ANYWHERE ON THE WEBSITE TO ORDER "CURB SIDE"? However I did call your 800 number and I got great customer **********************! ******* took care of it for me. How can you order CURB SIDE PICK UP on your website?

Three times in about a month 3 different vendors from Home Debot.com never shipped my items that I payed for even though their web site said it was shipped but delayed! I had to get refunded.

6/10/23 me llego el refrigerador ** que compre en Home Depot , page por ensima de $2000 y los detalles del terminado dejan ***** que desear . No le recomiendo a nadie la marca ** . Solamente pasar por el trabajo de regresarlo y esperar otro mes por otro refrigerador es sper estresante . No se si todas las marcas estn as de malas pero ** est bien mala . Worst customer ********************** department. 1) Order new fridge for delivery.2) Get confirmation the day before, between 1-5pm. Okay, all good we will plan.3) Get email morning of delivery, sorry we can't deliver today. Ordered two items, and only received 1 item. Packing list said two were sent, but only one was sent. The packaging did not appear to be tampered with or damaged. I called to ask for the second item, but instead they only solution homedepot.com was able to suggest is that I dispute the charge with my credit card company. I did so, and got my money back, but that was an unnecessary escalation. In addition, their messaging service was broken and the entire experience cost significant time.
