Today 06/17/2023 between 15:30 and 16:30 we were in the store shopping for wood. While looking around we noticed they had a couple of Melamine White ***** pieces in the scrap bin. We noticed that they werent painted purple. We asked the employee working *****, who was using the cutting machine, if those pieces were scrap he said Yes and that its okay and not to worry let them know at the front. This complaint/review is based on multiple offenses. Ive ordered multiple times from their website and have received portions of said delivery and when I reach out to their customer ********************** they tell me they cant do anything about it and that I need to file a dispute with the courier. This is unethical to sell products and then not deliver. I truly hope to see this fixed now that this has happened to me on multiple occasions. This is how good businesses go belly up by slipping up.

Was told over the phone an even exchange could be done if out of the 30-day window, however, upon arrival with product/receipt ASM - **** was unwilling to assist. On top of that, the cashier at Returns told ** to find a store manager to speak with. Do they not have the ability to call a manager to the returns desk to help a customer. What a joke, Home ********************** of ***** Plains.

BEWARE, They have made our lives miserable. We wanted 2 bathroom quartz countertops & 3 undermount sinks. They wanted 100% paid upfront. My stupid to trust them that was 2/11/23.The fabricators KRONER, did everything wrong! The faucet holes were done wrong, the quartz was awful, dark spots, back & side splash doesnt match. I've given The Home Depot far too many chances. Customer ********************** experience with card services tonight was the final straw. I run a property management company. I have had WAY too many issues with Home Depot over a number of years. Each time I give them another go, it ends up just BAD... all around BAD... I purchased a new $10,500.00 ac system and installation from home depo based on a promise of a rebait of $750.00 over 6 weeks ago as of this review. I have tried repeatedly to get my rebate check but cant speak to anyone that can help me. They do the run around and AI robot phone delay questions and phone problems etc. to try to get me to give up. I think everyone should be aware of this unethical behavior. I placed an order for a ******* washer and dryer when we first moved here..April 3rd delivery date (was the 2nd delivery date I believe) the first delivery we sat around waiting for someone to show up and after not hearing from anyone I called to get an eta.. only to find out that the dryer was damaged and the delivery was cancelled.. we made accommodations to get the delivery and stayed home to be sure that we could begin doing laundry.. what a major inconvenience!
