Verified Renter I enjoyed living at The Club. They provide a lot amenities and host events. The staff are nice and helpful. I have been here a while and the new manager seems to be getting things done in a timely manner.

Verified Renter I’ve enjoyed everything about living in the clubs BUT the maintenance. This property has a terrible maintenance team. They’re over worked and under experienced. They barely respond to any request and only prioritize you when you make a fuss. Other the that , the apartment itself was beautiful and the amenities are great

Verified Renter So far living here has been an ok experience! There hasn't been anything to good or too bad about living in this complex as a whole so I really enjoy it
Verified Renter It is a great place to live. Great prices for college students and they offer a lot of amenities. Not walkable to campus but they give you a bus pass which is nice.
Verified Renter My resident experience isn't great. The management is horrible and never efficient with anything. My rent went up which is understandable for when you renew your lease however my roommates and I got charged an extra $100 the past two months because of our electric bill. There's NO way our electric bill was $400 in total. Anyways, other than that it's okay. I do like the fact that I have my own room and bathroom. I enjoy the volleyball area in the summer.
