Verified Renter Their services are good and their behaviour to their tenants are excellent. The staff are so good whenever and they resolve your queries within seconds.

Verified Renter Nice first apartment for the school year! Had a few complications in the beginning but some of them were eventually resolved. Good size rooms huge living area in the 4x4 premium emerald!!
Verified Renter It takes several months for anything to get done, even if it’s a major problem. Last year we didn’t have a working dryer for 4 months. Staff and management knew about it, but did nothing. Hot tub is not working half of the time. Takes staff weeks to respond to emails and voicemails.

Verified Renter Very nice apartment complex. Weekends can get a little loud since a lot of students live here though. It’s also evident that they don’t clean the apartments between residents because when u moved in it was pretty nasty in here.

Verified Renter The apartment was poorly cleaned when we moved in with food still in the microwave and hair still in the bath tubs. During the 2nd week of living there they changed the door locks without notice but did not provide new keys. Besides this the rooms of comfortable and the apartment is a great size for the price.

Verified Renter One of the worst experiences that I have had with moving into a place. When we initially moved in the place was a mess including paint dust dirt etc everywhere. One of the toilets was leaking/ did not work at all, the AC doesn't work and no one will come fix it, and my roommate had his ceiling explode with water above his shower and now has water stains and holes in his ceiling. Along with all this it takes weeks to get someone to come actually do a Maintenace request. They are clearly have terrible managemen... read more
