Verified Renter maintenance responds in a timely manner, apartment is worth the price, nice and spacious. We have had some problems with the appliances but they get fixed in a timely manner

Verified Renter The price is great, the location is why it is so cheap and then sometimes the apartment will be dirty upon move in. I would live here again if I had to and is the best apartment for someone on a budget

Verified Renter Love my room, my apartment, and the community. The only complaint I have is that the “included” Wi-Fi does not work and has not worked for weeks.
Verified Renter worst place ever. got locked out of our apartment numerous times because of the stupid hotel key cards they’d use, dryer vent wasn’t attached to the wall, we still don’t have a working washer and dryer, management ignores our issues. broken stove, dishwasher, and many other issues

Verified Renter I love the apartment set up and how nice the apartments look. Although, one thing I was a little annoyed about is how dirty it was when i moved in. As well as the lawn was very dirty as well. Other than that it is overall a pretty good apartment. There are a lot of students who live here as well, there is so many cool and fun people to meet!

Verified Renter Horrible horrible horrible. This apartment complex sucks. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. The front office don’t have answer to any questions they just want there rent money
Verified Renter We had three leaks in our home. Our sink was not set up. They put in the wrong sink and new counter and now can’t give us a garbage disposal, something all the other apartments seem to have? They left the stuff from the last residents on the floor as well. Overall a poor experience as management doesn’t seem to have a system to verify whether maintenance checked up with us
