Verified Renter Move in was horrible and gave away my room without my knowledg. Maintenance was slow our front doors are still not closed and we haven’t got any accommodations for this

Verified Renter I have just moved here and really like the apartment. It is spacious and conveniently located close to public transit. There are also different activities arranged for the residents which help you socialize, so definitely think that is a perk. So far so good!

I’m 44 years old and have had 10 apartments over the years. This is the worst experience I have ever had. My apartment still has not been cleaned since the prior tenants. My stove and bathroom A has. Verified Renter Moved in to a dirty room with missing furniture, a broken door laying on the floor in the living room, exposed wiring in the kitchen, clogged drains, no hot water, and a broken toilet. It's been a week and many of these issues are still not fixed, and the complex won't work with us about them.
Verified Renter It’s ok for the price. You get what you pay for. Maintenance is very slow and they half do their job. Front office management is terrible. Make sure to read your leases very carefully bc they’ll try to trick you! But overall my experience has been ok compared to others I know. Every apartment complex around this area is bad. It’s like choosing the best of the worst.

Verified Renter Well, we showed up with no faucet and the apartment a mess. Staff was inside cleaning and taking food out of the pantry as we entered on move in day, but they still left it a mess once they left (surfaces are greasy and paint on the floors).
