Verified Renter Very nice apartments. Rooms are all the same size which is nice and includes bed frame, desk and a tv! It’s an amazing luxury to have an indoor pool and hot tub. My only negative experience thus far was the extremely complicated time I had signing the lease. There were different fees added and were said they would be removed, it took a lot of nagging to finally see them gone.

Verified Renter The leasing office lied about a lease agreement incentive of $100 signing bonus. I never received it . The communication has also been terrible this far and I don’t know if that’s something I can work with.

Verified Renter Everything looks good. The only thing is that some of the equipment in the gym must be repaired or replaced in order to help residents with working out better
Verified Renter It’s very affordable, and great amenities. There are some thing the office can work on. Some appliances do need to be changed. But overall it is a good place to live.

Verified Renter Maintenance is slow and the management could be a lot better, my room had glass on the floor when I arrived and it was dirty , also my sink drains very slow and it’s leaking from the pipes at the bottom , my desk is also broken
Verified Renter Staff is nice. I had some issues with a roommate but that was not a staffing issue but they took care of the situation. I had some mail that was lost and I was not able to retrieve it. But overall it could of been worse.
