Verified Renter living here is actually the worst like genuinely so crap. i love when i get home and my apartment door won’t open. called the club and was told “none of the maintenance people are answering, the best i can do is leave a voicemail” i literally have a job to go to. yesterday maintenance was supposed to fix our door but they never contacted us back. a couple days ago maintenance told my roommate it would take three hours to let her into our apartment so she just left and work to a concert in her work clothes. ea... read more

A variety of events and activities are offered and staff is friendly and accommodating. Convenient location within the community. A positive experience and strong sense of community.

Verified Renter I am new to The Club at Chandler's Crossing, but the staff has been wonderful in regards to explaining move-in, leases, and more. The events put on by The Club are also very engaging, and the inclusion of amenities, furnishing, and other activities like the basketball court make this an exceptional place to live!

Verified Renter I have lived here for 2 years and the experience was okay. The rooms and apartments are spacious and sufficient. The main problem I faced was maintenance. They take almost a few weeks to fix an issue and sometimes months. The first-year leasing office staff was excellent and helpful, the new team is terrible, not at all cooperative, and won't entertain your problems.
