Verified Renter The community can be very loud at times which can be very disruptive especially at times where I want to study. there is not much that can be done considering the fact that the walls are so thin.
Poor Customer Service I am normally a very patient person, but the way Chandler Crossings is run is a joke. The staff is patronizing to not only me but my family as well. They do not handle criticism well. Just bad customer service overall.
Verified Renter This is my second year living at the village at Chandler's crossing and the immediate past manager was just terrible. We were promised a referral bonus for referring tenants last here but they never fulfilled that promise. Apart from that, the utility bill have been beyond outrageous. I made several complaints for the leasing officials to come check if something was wrong in one of the empty rooms but they never did. Verified Renter Mid experience. Our dryer never worked even after being replaced and having numerous maintenance people out to work on it. Besides slow responses from maintenance everything else was fine

Verified Renter i actually loved staying here, it was a great choice to move here as my first time moving on my own. i met new people, attended fun activities, made some good memories, etc. one thing that i wish is that there were different times for certain activities/events that are held. i missed some fun things because of timing, but for the most part the times were put together thoughtfully. would most definitely considering moving back in the later future.
