Verified Renter Haven’t moved in yet, but excited to live here. Only issue is the leasing office is extremely difficult to work with, as most of the staff is unhelpful and unknowledgeable with common issues that should not occur.

Verified Renter Living here at the clubs has been pretty decent. Maintenance has improved, amenities and things to do as a community has improved. I do wish they would get new weights in the fitness room.

Verified Renter In my personal experience, I've rarely had any issues about living here. Leasing staff are always friendly, and they always try to be helpful. I would say a solid 9/10.
Verified Renter They won’t fix my appliances. The place was beyond filthy when I moved in and I still don’t have a working oven. The amenities are usually broken especially the gym equipment

Do Not Move Here!!! Don't be fooled by these 5-star reviews; most were done to enter giveaways. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My experience at this place has been bad. When I first moved in, my unit was disgusting, and my roommates and I cleaned it ourselves. Then after moving in, my fridge and freezer stopped working, and it took them two weeks to even come and look at it. All of my food went bad, and I didn't get any accommodation. DO NOT MOVE HERE I lived here for a year and it was easily the worst experience I could have had. Whether it was appliances or heating/air conditioning breaking down on a regular basis or it was waiting days upon days to get ahold of someone to get my packages in the office, something was always going on. The Club supposedly is an amazing place for student living. If you want to live in a place that loses your packages and things break down on a daily basis then The Club is for you.
