No This is the not a good apartment complex. The maintenance is terrible, all you have to do is take a look at the grounds to see. The lawns are dying and there's no yard work, all the buildings are old and worn, and the management is the worst I've ever seen. With so many better (and newer) options that are just as cheap- and closer to campus- why would you live here?
Living at the Clubs The apartments are not far from the MSU campus and I am able to get help whenever I have a question or concern. Hannah helped me the last time I was in the leasing office! -Samantha B.

Amazing! The staff are friendly and attentive to your needs. The rooms are spacious and I love that I get my own bathroom! It all comes furnished so no need to do any furniture shopping! Amazing price for an amazing place to stay! Brenda Cheung

Amazing Super nice and very helpful in the leasing office. Quick maintenance help. Very low price for your own bathroom/ bedroom. Definitely will be resigning and making this place my home for my senior year. Ambyr Mclean

Janette Gaskin I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. Free cable and internet and each roommate has their own lease. Best place around as far as affordable housing.

The club Great place to live while going to school. Bus stops for the 25 and 26 routes are very useful. There are many great amenities and activities at the complex. Also the staff are great, s/o to Hannah and David at the free food friday event!

Convenient Crossings This apartment is so convenient, yet so peaceful. It is perfect for anyone who would like to become fit or stay fit because there is a gym located at each part of chandlers crossing. Also, you have access to indoor and outdoor pools along with many other amenities. It takes me like 10 minutes to get to east Lansing down town. Many things to change I have lived in the chandler crossing complex for a while now and see that they are continuing to try to improve the way they handle leasing. The new apartments being built are nice addition to the community but they way they handle leasing and current residents can be alot better. They get you in and dont care to make you aware of things in the future and are sure to charge you for it. The communication could be way better.
