The Club at Chandler Ideal location at the end of the busy bus route, so rarely passed up. Good social environment and amenities shared among the three Chandler properties. Definitely a student housing area. The quality of construction is about what I expect from student housing, but it serves the purpose. I stayed for 3 years and have no regrets. Maintenance is always available and willing to repair anything. A lot of new property upgrades at the Club due to new ownership. Worth the price for sure.
Cool Experience I lived at both the Club and the Village. I never had any issues with the staff. When I had issues with my roommates...staffing acted quickly to make accommodations for me. The apartments are good sizes and there are plenty of amenities. Each apartment clubhouse offers plenty of space for entertaining. I loved the location, it isn't far from MSU and it is near the aquatic center, grocery stores, shopping and entertainment. The reason why I'm giving it a 4 out 5 is because of my roommate issues.
