Verified Renter Super friendly staff! Always available to assist my needs and staff has an answer for everything. I love that the apartment comes furnished and rent is reasonable.
Verified Renter I’ve enjoyed my experience here for the most part. However, I’ve had to go in to get my keycard fixed every day for over a week. They have no explanation for this and I keep getting locked out when I come home late from work and it takes forever for the lockout service to come help. Overall, it’s pretty nice, though!

Verified Renter Everything is great for the low rate. Maintenance is virtually ineffective. We haven't had a working dishwasher since we moved in nine months ago. But for a 4-person with bathrooms, it's a decent price.

Verified Renter The apartments are nice and the staff is friendly, but maintenance requests take longer than you’d expect to complete and there are some infilled potholes in the parking lot entrance. It also smells like weed in both buildings I’ve lived in.

Verified Renter Overall, the amenities are very useful. Sometimes the wifi goes out which is annoying because these are mainly college students apartments. The space is nice and very close to MSU campus. They provide bus pass and host events to involve the community

Verified Renter The Club is really good for the price of the rent. Amenities, well furnished place, spacious room for like the price is really great! The only issue that I have faced is the maintenance, you have to keep reminding them and asking them to fix stuff and they ask a lot of money for damages lol which is annoying other than that I’d say its a good place to live.

Verified Renter Fair enough price, amenities, and location. However, I would say that the maintenance is significantly lacking. You never know when they are going to come in, and when they do, you don't know if they are going to even fix the problem. On multiple occasions, maintenance has come in and practically destroyed our stuff as sort of a bandaid to the situation. (i.e. ripping the metal filter off of the drain of the shower to "unclog" it or ripping off the filter at the end of the sink to "fix the water pressure.")
