Verified Renter I am pleased with my residence experience. The club is a great place and community to live. The only downside was my toilet handle was broken along with my blinds and the dryer. The crew responded quickly so far with the toilet complaint but so far the dryer hasn’t been fixed.
Verified Renter I would definitely not recommend anyone renting from this company. We arrived there and the key cards would not work to even get into our apartment. They told us they would not be able to fix them until a month and a half later. We have no way to get into our apartment, unless someone breaks us in. Verified Renter Parking and amenities are pretty good. there’s not a very high noise level (which is good for studying) but the walls are thin so if there is noise, it does travel. The apartments weren’t cleaned very well before move-in and there was some noticeable damage, so always make sure to take pictures of EVERYTHING before you move anything in. The only things that slowed that process down was the the confusion on how to find our apartments/unit with the small envelope that has our information. Another thing I wanted to point out was how the room wasn’t properly cleaned as I would have expected it to be. Horrible Move-In Experience This was my daughter and her 3 friends' first experience in an apartment as they begin their year at MSU. The whole move-in process was a disaster from beginning to end. Their first apartment that was assigned to them had a "Do Not Enter: sign with the door wide open. Inside, there was trash everywhere, doors missing, no bedframe in her room, a washer on the patio and an overall dirty mess. The Community Manager of The Club was very rude and unhelpful. Verified Renter We moved in today, the apartment was hardly cleaned, lots of issues, light in the kitchen is dead, the garbage disposal was full of hundreds of fruit flies, the ac does not work and it's the the hottest darned day for that, we are all sweating our behinds off. I called early to have it fixed, no one came. This is not the day to be dismissing an ac unit being dysfunctional, I cannot cool down after working all day and moving in. It sucks. Verified Renter Apartment was disgustingly dirty at move in. A lot of damage to the apartment that wasn’t fixed before new resident moved in. Much different than the model they showed when signing lease.
Verified Renter It’s a great place to live! Have lots of amenities. Staff is very helpful and nice to talk to. You will have 24hrs gym available that’s the best part. :)

Verified Renter My favorite part about living at The Chandlers is all the amenities. Such as the pools and the sport courts. I also love that they are pet friendly.
