Verified Renter Altogether it has been a good experience. Some work needs to be done when it comes to the office staff. Maintenance requests need to be addressed better. Grounds Maintenance also needs to be improved.
Verified Renter Maintenance took a pretty long time to fix several things in my apartment. I also was unable to get into my own apartment for a few weeks because my key card didn’t work.

Verified Renter The apartments are exactly what you would expect for the rent price. Maintenance requests take a little while to complete, shower head water pressure isn't the greatest, and the apartment across the hall from us had a huge mold problem and took 2-3 months to get rid of it and patch the hole left in the wall. It certainly is livable and we do like it quite a bit, but if something breaks in the apartment you're kind of out of luck for about a week.
Verified Renter Apartment is well furnished, Maintenance are easily reachable and the leasing office is very friendly. Gym is very nice top. I have enjoyed my stay so far.
Verified Renter had a very tough time getting maintenance to come fix any of our many problems. once they come they were helpful and fixed things, however it took 4 months for anything to ever get fixed

Verified Renter The apartments are nice and the new management has been better about getting stuff done. The amenities such as the indoor pool and hot tub have been out of order for months though which is really annoying.
Verified Renter There is so much to say about the clubs but i’ll keep it short and sweet. The place was a dump when we moved. it was not clean and looked like it wasn’t even looked at before we came in. many things were broken or missing. the maintenance requests i have put in still haven’t been completed since i’ve moved in. our doors did not lock correctly and we did not feel safe. anyway that’s just some of what’s happened to me and my roommates. the least we expected was the place to look as it did in the tour.
Verified Renter I love living here at Chandler Crossing. It is so great all the amenities are perfect and up to par for a Student or anyone just working great study spaces. Great gym area great everything move move move now.
