Verified Renter It was a mess last year, multiple residents from different units were locked due to the malfunction of the key system. However, after a new manager came this year, the community's overall quality went up, such as fixing long-broken stuff in the gym.

Verified Renter Been okay. Staff changes impact the way you get treated a lot, and staff changes too frequently. So there are some good months and some bad months. All and all, just keep in mind the amount you are paying for rent and have expectations accordingly. Have to give it to them for the attempts at increasing security, not fruitful but still.

Verified Renter Maintenance is slow, our water pressure is messed up, only one/machine can use water at a time, if two or more people use it, water pressure is extremely low or non existent
Verified Renter The place is pretty nice but I’ve been living here for months and kinda upset the pool and hot tub still not opened and maintenance can be very delayed when you report problems
