Verified Renter The maintenance has been terrible. I thought my microwave would have been shocked by now. The experience isn't great at all. I had requested the change for the microwave and no one has done anything about it. One of the burners on the stove is also broken and I also visited the leasing office like 5 times I just really got sick of asking for someone to come fix it. It is really ludicrous.

Verified Renter My apartment was without hot water for three weeks it was only once we had reported them to the city that the issue was fixed and even the small things have not been fixed they inspected the unit and promised a new cushion weeks ago and never came back

The maintenance can take a very long time (been a week without heat, took over two weeks to get a toilet fixed, etc.), but when the are in the apartment they're super friendly. The complex is a little far from campus, but busses are pretty frequent, so it's not too bad. Kind of annoying that there's no Amazon hub or anything which means you have to pick up any packages during the office's open hours, which most of the time doesn't fit my schedule at all. Verified Renter Everything is good. Except some of the following factor- 1) a lot of extra money for the early move in. 2) a lot of time requires for the maintenance to finish.
Verified Renter Friendly staff, only minor maintenance issues at move in. Some simple things overlooked due to understaffing around move-in time, but once hiring issues were solved, any problems have been promptly resolved.

Verified Renter Apartment was very dirty when we moved in. I had to clean for about five hours the day I moved in. The day of move in there was a lot of problems with keys, and the blinds are all broken.

Verified Renter Rooms are spacious. decently sized kitchen. The staff in the office are nice and friendly. Apartment did not seem entirely clean on move in day, but other than that everything has been great.
