Verified Renter I have enjoyed my time at the club. Have not had any issues with maintenance, and grounds are kept relatively clean! Office staff has been a lot better since the beginning of the lease, would recommend to a friend!

The apartment complex offers a convenient location with easy access to amenities and transportation. The units are spacious and well-maintained, and the community areas are nicely landscaped. However, there have been occasional maintenance issues, and the rent prices are a bit on the higher side compared to similar complexes in the area. Verified Renter So far my experience here at the club has been well. At the beginning I didn't like services of staff but with this new staff team. they are very nice and helpful. As far as amenities, I understand the pool was under maintenance but I didn't like how I haven't had the chance not enjoy it. Considering the fitness room, I did enjoy using the equipment but could also use a rental of certain machines. Nonetheless, my neighbors are all moderately quiet and have had a pleasant experience residing here.

Verified Renter Great ambience! Great reviews and seamless online lease execution. But taking whole month rent for just 7 days in Aug is bad. But rest everything is fine.

Verified Renter all is well overall. a few thing here and there could be better but overall it’s been nice. the one thing i was not a fan of was when we moved in our apartment was disgusting. it was so dirty and was not cleaned whatsoever before move it.
Verified Renter I haven’t had any majors problems. My biggest thing was the speediness of maintenance but they’ve become so fast it’s never a problem anymore lol. I feel like the premises are always clean, staff in the office is very nice. I’ve already renewed my lease for another year too!
