Verified Renter Efficient move in but upon move in there definitely was some easily visible damage, within the week we called twice and got some of it fixed.

Verified Renter I liked living at the club! It was a peaceful location, I never felt unsafe - it was a little loud during homecoming but that was it! Our neighbors were friendly and staff was helpful.

I love this place! I have lived here for a few years, and management has GREATLY improved. The apartments are super nice. Office staff is amazing and super helpful. I feel so welcome every time I walk into the leasing office and it makes the environment so much better. The amenities are great and I love that the gym is open 24 hours. The prices are great, and the resident events are so much fun. Again, I want to give a huge shoutout to management for stepping up and making these apartments a great place to live for everyone!
Verified Renter During most of my stay at Chandler, the maintenance services were awful. It was like prying teeth trying to get them to show up and look at anything, and even when they did, a good bit of the time they would just say nothing was wrong despite there being a clear issue. Also, I only had access to the pool area for a few months towards the end of my lease, which was an amenity promised to be accessible for the entirety of my lease.
Verified Renter I love living here because the front office people are nice and the rent is affordable. The utilities that come with are great and maintenance people are very helpful.
