Verified Renter The Club offers so much amentities and have amazing events throughout the year. However, if you have any requests such as noise complaints, maintenance, etc. they won't address any problems and even if they do, it will take them forever to do something.

Verified Renter very simple to apply and get approved. staff was very good about being accommodating to my circumstances. The tour was thorough and the office was very clean and beautiful.
Verified Renter The staff doesn’t provide timely services. Our washer was broken for a month before they got it fixed. Our fridge was broken for 2 weeks before they sent someone to fix it. They just have a lacking care for maintaining the property.

Verified Renter leasing office employees are cool, albeit they don’t get back to you very consistently if you email them about an issue. noise could be an issue depending on your neighbors, but parking is never an issue for me
Verified Renter Maintenance and Management don't do anything, but besides that, everything is fine. The facilities are generally okay, and the overall environment is pleasant. The community is friendly, and there are plenty of amenities available for use. However, it would be even better if Maintenance and Management were more proactive in addressing issues and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
