Verified Renter Overall good experience here - there are some maintenance problems but the new leasing office team is responsive. The new team took over last fall and is much better than the old team.
Verified Renter I have few complaints about living here. I’m able to pick up my packages the same day they arrive which is nice, free parking, and relatively close to campus.
Verified Renter If I could rank 0 I would, these are the worst apartments ever to live in especially as a full time college students. Horrible staff , corporate and city. Every single month living here I've had an issue. Mold , overall poor living conditions and maintenance. I've been over charged since day one. I could go on & on but honestly trust me when I say this is the worst place to live

Verified Renter The literal worse. Zero out of ten. Would definitely not recommend. So many hidden fees, such harsh/strict rules for college aged students, terrible communication and management not holding up their parts of the lease are things you can expect from The Clubs.
Verified Renter Moved in with maggots in the microwave and they didn’t seem eager to fix the issue until we went in person and spoke to the leasing manager. It took 4 days to get the maggot filled microwave out of our apartment.
Verified Renter Move in was disgusting. My apartment was physically dirty, missing furniture, toilet wouldn't flush, and we had someone's front door sitting in our living room. The owners knew of these issues, because we had a welcome package on the kitchen table, but didn't care to warn us or do literally anything about them before we got there.
