Verified Renter Management in the leasing office tends to ignore issues for weeks on end. Also doesn’t clean units prior to move in. They all around do not care about anything going on.

Verified Renter staff not nice or helpful, experienced many maintenance issues that were never dealt with. just overall awful management. apartment itself was fine to live in but the overall experience was worsened by the staff.
Verified Renter Decent for the price, but had way too many inconvenient maintenance issues. When we did put in requests they were not completed until weeks after if not more. I still have incomplete maintenance requests from the time I moved in and I’m about to move out. We also had a lot of issues with bugs specifically wasps and ants and they did nothing about it and we had to take matters into our own hands.

Verified Renter the management is awful. Parking is great. amenities are wonderful, if, and when they work which is rarely. All gyms are missing huge chunks in sets of dumbbells, as well as machines are broken with no caution around them. Indoor pool and hot tub was closed for 10 months - that being the only amenity that convinced me to sign here makes living here not worth it in my opinion. especially with the way in which the office staff and management treat the residents as children.

Verified Renter I have not had the best experience with the clubs. For a college apartment, I feel as though they do not put residents first. They charge for every little inconvenience with no wiggle room, don’t fix things when they say they will, don’t hold up their end of the lease and ensured that they can not be penalized for it . 4/10 would not recommend
