Hello, I placed an order 11/15 and it arrived 11/16 and it is TERRIBLE. Nothing what was pictured, huge gaps, missing flowers, very cheap and poorly made. Not to mention I ordered the premium size and it's beyond small. **************** wouldn't even comply and give us a full refund - they stated they had to pick up the flowers back from the recipient. A one star rating is way to high for this company!! Exactly 1 hour before my only sisters funeral (which was in a different state), I received a text that said they were unable to provide the $200 casket spray that I ordered a week before. There was no do over on this one!! ð??¡ð?¤¬ð??¡ð?¤¬

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered flowers for a FUNERAL on Monday 10/14/19 to be delivered to the funeral home on Wednesday 10/16. It's 10/17 today and the flowers were NOT delivered. Used Telefora to send a birthday arrangement to my daughter in NYC. I'm in NH. Teleflora did business with a less than reputable florist, Dennis and Bella's in Queens NY. I tried to have flowers sent to my friend for her birthday. on 5/28/19, I ordered the flowers online in the morning and selected flowers from their "same day delivery" option.
