To start, on 05/16/2019 I ordered "How Sweet it is" - Premium to be delivered to XXXXX. When I used the zip code it shows that the arrangement was available for delivery to my selected address. I ordered flowers for my mother on May 7th for Mother's Day on May 12th. I did not wait until the last minute as I know this is a busy. I had them scheduled to be delivered on May 10th (Friday) since she is an ER Nurse and was going to be working on Saturday and Sunday. They did not arrive on Friday as my confirmation stated they would. One star is one star too many for this deceptive company. I ordered flowers on Thursday, 5/9/19, for a family member who had just had a baby. Delivery was scheduled for Friday 5/10. On Friday I received an email asking me to call because my ordered could not be delivered that day. I wasted 45 minutes of my life on the phone with their alleged "****************" department, including one alleged i"supervisor". Ordered flowers for Mother's Day 1 week in advance and these idiots couldn't deliver. The order never showed up. I highly recommend to anyone not to use this joke of a company. Then, when I called to get a refund, their idiot **************** rep told me I'd have my money back by days end. Of course that didn't happen either. Do yourself a favor and do not use this awful 3rd party flower broker. They will fail you.

I ordered a $70 deluxe Mother's Day flower bouquet on Thursday morning to be shipped to my moms work Friday before 4:30, she leaves work at 5. I wish I could leave zero stars. I placed 2 orders for Mother's Day. One for myself and one for my mother. When you use the Teleflora website you are given options. Standard, Deluxe and Premium. With each option, the price goes up as do the number of flowers in the arrangement. I purchased the Premium option of Arrive in Style and the Premium option of Victorian Romance. DID NOT DELIVER FLOWERS ON DAY I SCHEDULED. I ordered a week in advance for Mother's Day. On the day of delivery they contact me to say all the florists are booked and can't deliver until AFTER mother's day!
