Ordered the African Violet w/butterflies and a beautiful ribbon for my Mom's birthday. What was delivered was a super common house plant with a horrible ribbon. The plant isn't even shown on the site. I spent 18 minutes on hold trying to get through to **************** the first time, and then another 8 minutes the second time before giving up on getting through. I recently purchased a flower arrangement for my granddaughter ~ it was ordered on the 16th to be delivered on the 17th. The flowers were not delivered on the 17th, and I was not informed that there was a problem delivering the flowers on the 17th. On the 18th I contacted ****************, the agent was very nice and apologetic, and I was told the flowers would be delivered the following day ~ the 19th. Teleflora assured me by phone that they could provide funeral casket flowers by a specific time on the specific date of the funeral. I received a confirmation email of my order, date, time, location. 8 days later, on the day of the funeral, the flowers did not arrive. I called teleflora and they said they could not get me any flowers for the funeral. They could send my flowers to my residence on a future date. I had my dad's funeral with no casket flowers. BUYER BEWARE- this company is fraudulent - you ordered flowers , they charge your credit card , yet never deliver. When you call their ****************, they lie to you over and over again - tell you what you want to hear that they will personally take care of your order- yet nothing gets done. They take your money and run with it. Terrible company. terrible **************** and doing business fraudulent DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I've never bothered to leave a review but after today I'm posting this everywhere I can. How in the world does this company have an A+ rank with BBB?! Wish I'd read all these other reviews before ordering flowers for my mother's birthday. My business has been a member of Teleflora for 6 months and it has been short of a nightmare. This company is literally breaking me. They keep sending me bills but will not answer my questions about why we are not receiving orders. My sales rep, Jay R., will not call me back. I have spoken with at least 10 people from Teleflora who have promised to resolve my issues but no one has. Horrible company! I received flowers from a friend and some were wilted, never opened, the arrangement was uneven, and they refused to replace. They wouldn't issue a refund to the purchaser claiming the purchaser not the recipient had to call. Imagine telling someone sweet enough to send you flowers after surgery their arrangement arrived in such poor condition; I couldn't do that! Horrible company. I have tried twice this year - Once on Mother's Day and once on my mom's birthday- in advance to order flowers to be delivered to her. Both times, these idiots waited until the scheduled delivery date to tell me the floral arrangement I ordered was not available. After they assured me that an alternate arrangement would be delivered that day, I got another email stating that they couldn't deliver on the scheduled date. Happening once, I can understand. Terrible company!! They said they could make a "same day" delivery but 5 hours after the order I received an email saying they could not fulfill my order, yet they already took my money from my account. Never use this "service!" Terrible place
