Service was not fulfilled due to Teleflora's negligence and payment was not returned. The business failed to deliver to the alternate location the recipient went to in order to meet delivery service. The third attempt to deliver, the delivery service called the recipient and stated they were 13 miles away at an other address. I placed an order for delivery today but when I hadn't heard about it arriving, I called to check the status. They told me that my order was suspicious so they charged my card but then said they're refunding it but it will take up to 10 business days. My credit card company is perfect about alerting me to fraudulent charges. I spoke to the credit card company and there is nothing suspicious. My husband ordered flowers on 1/19/18 to be delivered to his daughter for her birthday on 1/20/18. He payed an additional fee to have the flowers delivered before 1:00PM PST. Only upon notification from a family member were we notified that the flowers were not delivered. We initiated a call to TeleTeleflora Customer Service at 6:51 PST. We were advised that the Teleflora System was down and due to the time of day, now 7:056 PST. we had no recourse to have the flowers delivered as promised. Ordered flower to express sympathy sentiments to a friend whose father passed. Not only did they not make the guaranteed delivery date, they never delivered the flowers at all. When customer service was called they confirmed the flowers had never been delivered b/c they didn't have that specific arrangement. However rather than letting me know they just put the charge through and opted to deliver nothing. This is not a reputable business.

WARNING: Teleflora is colluding with the florist to cheat the customers. My friend ordered flowers from Teleflora and she paid premium price for a "All Is Bright - Premium" centerpiece. What was on the photo was not what was sent to me. The photo had at least 9 red roses on one side. The total number of roses I received was only 4 roses. Teleflora guarantee delivery on the 23rd of December. Teleflora decided to notify me the day of delivery that they cannot fill my order. The website listed flowers as "available," however the order was out of stock. I will NEVER use this service again.
Truly horrible customer service. I ordered two arrangements on 12/7 to be delivered on 12/22/2017 one was a flower tree and another a centerpiece for a holiday party. I received confirmation emails with each order information and the delivery date stated 12/22 on both individual emails! . On 12/11 the tree arrangement was delivered by the local florist. yesterday (8/8/17) was my anniversary. i ordered flowers for delivery to my wife's work to make her feel special on such an occasion, and to start off our romantic evening correctly. i paid an extra fee to get the flowers there by 1pm, as advertised on site by teleflora. 1 came and no flowers.
