Teleflora's fraudulent business practices: Ordered an arrangement and received a delivery confirmation email even though no delivery was made (checked with recipient). Upon calling, I was told the florist didn't have the arrangement in stock. Eventually received a refund, but after multiple attempts still have not received an answer as to why I was sent a delivery confirmation when no delivery was made. Do not trust this business.

I ordered a gorgeous bouquet for my boyfriend on Monday (May 7th). According to the website, I ordered early enough that I could request same day delivery. I did. The flowers didn't arrive. I contacted **************** around 7pm and around 4am on Tuesday I received a response stating that they were looking into the issue. I waited and heard nothing. I would highly discourage anyone from shopping with Teleflora. I ordered the Premium version of Teleflora's Be Happy® Bouquet with Roses. The product description is as follows: Classic white daisies combine with warm yellow roses and daisies in a yellow happy face ceramic mug. When the order arrives the bouquet has just yellow daisies and roses. No white daisies!! The entire arrangement was overwhelming yellow!! dont recommend Teleflora they did not send flowers on delivery date which was my daughters birthday ,called to cancel & get refund ,they asked me to give them another chance they would take 1/2 off & deliver next day with apology note .they sent next day a crappy $5 dollar convenience store looking bouquet no apology letter,no gift message & no balloon i ordered .When I called back they said theyd give 40% off next order no thank you,and did not do anything to right this ,they thought the amount they took off after not deliv... read more

I pre-ordered three of the same bouquet for three different friends for Valentine's Day, to be delivered for the holiday. In each case, the bouquets did not remotely resemble what was pictured. The flowers were wrong, the vase color was wrong, no ribbon, and worse some flowers were limp or there were broken stems. One bouquet was very small. In each case, they were delivered by unidentified florists. I sent photos to Teleflora and spent 2 days on emails and phone calls. I would give this negative 10 stars! I ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday and got a message that they couldn't do that arrangement and would have to substitute the flowers, also even tho I ordered in plenty of time for same day delivery, they could not deliver them.. they guaranteed they would be delivered the next morning for sure. Well here it is day 2 afternoon and no flowers. When I call they say well we can't guarentee now when they will come?

I spent $80 on a bouquet of daffodils. But I got no daffodils. Just some tulips and lilies that died and never bloomed. Horrible.

Telefora was one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Horrible customer service! I placed order# XXXXXXXXXX. This was supposed to be a birthday bouquet. The bouquet was delivered with a card for someone else-very embarrassing! Not only was it not the right card/person, it was for a funeral! This company destroyed Valentine's Day for myself, and, according to their facebook page, innumerable others. I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. I figured that everything was fine. Then, at 6:30pm on Valentine's Day, I received an e-mail saying my order would not be delivered on time and I had to choose an alternate date.
