Don't order any thing from this guys. They are horrible. I placed an order for flowers for my wife to be dlivered to her work as she was returning back to work from her mat leave. the agent put me on hold to check with the shops around to make sure that, that shop will deliver the flowers today and after getting confirmation from them I placed an order. I ordered sunflowers to be sent to my Aunt in Hawaii. At first I was ***** because they were going to be cheaper than any of the other florists I looked at. They first asked if it was ok to change the order to florists choice because they weren't in stock which I was not ***** about, but said ok to. Do not purchase anything from this merchant. You will not want to give the flowers that Teleflora sells to anyone. I ordered flowers for my wife for Mother's Day. What arrived looked like trash. Literally. Complaints to the merchant didn't get me my money back. I even sent them pictures of the trash they sent. DON'T DO IT!

Ordered and paid for same day delivery of two flower arrangements for two children whose parent had recently died. They were celebrating their first birthday without him and were having a tough day. Ordered flowers for my Girlfriend's Birthday. The flowers I ordered and the flowers that were delivered were completely different. The ones they delivered looked like they were picked from a field. Ordered from Teleflora for a specific vase I wanted. Guaranteed delivery today which was very important. First I get and email stating that the vase might be substituted.,then at the end of the day I get an email saying it wouldn't be Delivered until tomorrow. Too late to order from anyone else. I spent close to $70 on an arrangement for a relative who had just lost her husband. I have ordered flowers from other companies in the past and always had excellent results. I understand that substitutions need to be made from time to time, but what I received was the wrong color, size, and had almost none of the flowers that were advertised. I cannot recommend ordering through Teleflora. I used them for two Mother's Day arrangements (order # XXXXXXXXXX), paid for the Deluxe upgrade, and what was delivered was much smaller and with way less flowers than what was advertised and pictured on their website. I paid over $90 per bouquet, and all it had was a half dozen roses and a few lilies. I was completely ripped off. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, but since they could not deliver on Sunday, May XX XXXX, I settled to have them delivered the following day. I spoke with my mom on Sunday to tell her to expect the delivery. That Monday morning I got an email from Teleflora that they would not be able to make that delivery date.
