First of all, they never delivered the flowers that were purchased. Secondly, it's been a horrible time trying to get my money back. The **************** is awful and they keep offering a discount on my next purchase. I WILL NEVER purchase from them again. I just want my money back. DO NOT EVER BUY FLOWERS FROM THEM!

Teleflora is awful! We sent a bouquet to my sister and they sent the wrong arrangement. Furthermore, what did arrive was half dead. When I called to request my refund, the associate said, "We can offer you 20% refund". When I complained about a 20% refund, she said, "We can give you a 50% refund, but that is as high as we can go." I explained when a person pays for a service and a product and they don't receive what they pay for, they are supposed to get their money back. Scam. My order was never fulfilled and they are giving me the run-around when it comes to my refund. Their outsourced **************** blatantly lied at first, then admitted an issue with the order, only to proceeded and make up another lie (trying to double down on the initial story), before ultimately saying they will call me back with refund details - which never happened. We then tweeted at Teleflora, the company responded telling us to email them to get the refund sorted out. Again, they just refuse to answer my email.... read more

I ordered flowers for my Mom for Valentines day. I chose them as they had a unique choice that looked like a mini garden with a terra cotta pot etc. Not your typical bouquet. They have a disclaimer that states that the flowers may not be exactly the same as what you see on the website due to seasonal etc. What was sent had absolutely no resemblance to what I picked out. I had the worst experience with this company. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for Valentine's Day and requested a delivery before 2pm. My order was confirmed but flowers were never delivered to her place of work. I spent $50 for something special for my mother and received nothing. It is embarrassing that as a company they can not contact you when something goes wrong with your order. I called and filed my complaint. I'm waiting to see if they do what is right and refund my money.

My order was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I received an email saying that it was "hand delivered," which is a complete lie because my mom was home all day & never received her flowers. I waited an hour and a half on hold and still was not able to get through to talk to anyone. They haven't replied to any of my emails (I've sent 3). & their chat system on their website has said that there are no available agents to chat with every single time I've tried getting a hold of them that way. I only clicked one star because I could not leave a review otherwise. This company guaranteed delivery of my flowers via another company. I called on the day of the delivery to have them check with the store to see if the delivery would be made. After a 30 minute phone wait, they said the store will deliver per my request before 2pm. However at 2:30, I found out that the delivery had not been made. This company is an absolute sham. You guys are literally crooks. Ordered flowers for my girlfriend on 2/13 to be delivered the next day for Valentines Day. Last second I know, but don't offer a service you have no plan on fulfilling. Of course, Valentines Day came and went and the flowers were never delivered. However, I did get an email confirmation advising that the flowers were personally handed off at 7:30pm, which they absolutely were not. You guys literally stole money from me and then lied about it.
