This company is a scam. I paid $108 for a **** arrangement for my boss as a surprise. What we got was something like a $25-$30 arrangement, did not include the balloon I paid extra for, nor the premium arrangement I paid extra for and included lillies - which my boss is alergic to. They originally offered me a 20% refund which I refused, stating they need to deliver what was ordered. Then they offered me a 50% refund stating they dont do re deliveries. This company is horrible. I placed an order on a Saturday, to be delivered the next day: a Sunday. Well Sunday came and went, and they didn't deliver the flowers. When I called on the date of delivery, I was told they'd contact the local florist and see what happened. On Monday, nothing. So I called AGAIN to follow up and was told they couldn't deliver on Sundays, and I should've been informed. Well, I checked my order confirmation and it never said no delivery Sundays. I am so upset with Teleflora! My aunt in Florida passed **** Thursday, I ordered a Symparhy bouquet On Friday to be delivered Sat. I live in NJ and trusted them to deliver a nice arrangement. I was contacted that flowers were not available and agreed to a different arrangement, this happened three more times until Tuesday they sent an email saying my order was canceled! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! On my anniversary, I placed and order with Teleflora for a 'Same day delivery service'. I had planned to surprise my wife with these flowers when she arrived home from work. I had put in order notes saying 'Please deliver after 3:30pm'. The order and payment went through successfully. First time using Teleflora, had previously had success using other online floral retailers. I was incentivized to use Teleflora due to Amex offer for $20 off of $60 purchase. I wanted to surprise my mom on her birthday since I couldn't see her on her actual birthday. I placed an order on 12/3 for delivery on 12/4 to her workplace. My mom told me that she got a floral delivery on 12/3 right before her office closed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They took my order and then the e-mail said a different flower arrangement and did not specify silk which is what I ordered for grave site. They also said they would use my preferred florist to send order to. I was told to wait 30 minutes to confirm order had been sent to florist. Dear Better Business Bureau, I write today with a complaint against Teleflora. I consider it to be a "bait and switch" or false advertising whereas products / arrangements that are advertised and promoted on their website and sent by them via emails are not routinely what the recipient receives. While customers, such as me, order a specialty or themed arrangement, the florist fulfilling the order frequently sends a different, or in my opinion, inferior product. Teleflora doesn't deliver what it promises - you don't get nearly what you see advertised on the website. They sells standard, deluxe and premium flower arrangements with vary by size and price. I ordered a premium flower arrangement that was supposed to be 24" high, and I also paid extra for early delivery before 1 pm. The arrangement came late at 3:30 pm and didn't look anything like the picture - it was tiny at 14.5" high, smaller than their standard version with tiny pitiful looking flowers.
