I ordered a Valentine arrangement. It was not delivered. Now they are only wanting to refund me 30 percent of my purchase of $77.26. This is not acceptable as it was no fault of mine. I just want my money back period.

I ordered an arrangement for Valentines Days for my elderly mother. No flowers were ever delivered, no contact was made with me or the recipient. To date Teleflora has made no attempts to contact me on what happened. I have contacted them 4 times only to get a response that we will check into the problem. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Terrible service

Just wanted to let you know my first order with you was not a pleasant one. Original, I put down my friend's business address & requested that the delivery to arrive before 3pm. At 4:45pm, my friend still didn't receive anything yet. So she called your **************** & provided her home address. They guaranteed it would come before 8pm on the same day 2/14/20. On February 7th 2020, I ordered an floral arrangement for my parents to be delivered on February 14, 2020, but nothing was delivered at my parent's home but the Teleflora website showed as delivered. I contact **************** reporting this incident and they only said that they were not able to contact the local florist (I cannot believe it, really?) The company is horrible. I spent $200 for 2 bouquets for my daughters for Valentines Day. One daughter never received the bouquet even thought I talked to 5 reps who assured it would be delivered and the vendors website stated it was with the florist but today they state the florist rejected it. And not one of the 5 reps knew this? The other one got a bouquet that looked horrible. I paid for 18" by 15" and got a 10"x 8" bouquet that was a disappointment only to be told I will give you $16 back. I will never use this company ... read more

TELEFLORA HAS DROPPED TO THE LEVEL OF CRIMINALITY Did not deliver when promised, the product was far inferior to what was ordered and part of the order was missing (box of chocolates). I ordered a deluxe bouquet of roses with a small box of chocolates for my girlfriend on the 13th of February. Ordered flowers to be delivered ! Flowers were not available!! **************** called told me what I wanted was not available! **************** told me that they could pick something that was available to be delivered in a timely fashion. I ordered a money tree on Friday, Feb 7th to be delivered to a production team by Saturday Feb 8th. They did an amazing job and the owner was leaving Monday the 10th. After 5PM, when the cut off delivery ended, I received an email that they could not deliver my order. I canceled and asked for a refund. It can take up to 10 days for a refund. No apologizing, no offer to make it right except on a different date for delivery. I will NEVER use this company again...these multi million dollar companies don't care about service.
