This was hands down THE WORST experience that I have ever had with a company. I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet on Tuesday, May 5th to be delivered anytime between May 8th-10th. They were requesting that people be flexible so as to give their florists some wiggle room on a very busy holiday. I had no problem with that. At 10p.m. on Saturday night, May 9th I received an email "Delivery Confirmation" that the bouquet was delivered on Friday the 8th. Strange. Second issue with Teleflora. Received confirmation of order delivery but order never delivered. Called Teleflora 800 number today for third time this week. Was told that they would refund 70% of my order total! When I advised that I want 100% refunded they said a supervisor would call me back. I'm still waiting for a call back. Same issue on Mother's Day 2019. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will never use Teleflora again.

just like Annie, i made an order, then when i checked the status two days later i saw that it had been cancelled, i had to inquire about it. i called and couldn't get any answers as to why i wasn't notified. so no flower to my mother, plus my card was charged and have to wait 2-10 days for a refund. they couldn't answer why i was charged. too bad there isn't a -star

I ordered flowers delivered to my mom in FL for Mother's Day. Not only did they not deliver and no one communicated this to me, it's now the Tuesday after Mother's Day and they are still not delivered. Teleflora first told me they tried to deliver, and that no on was home. That's false. There was no delivery/door tag and my mom was home as most of the country is under Cover-19 shelter in place order. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. They sent me a confirmation and said they would be delivered that weekend. Mother's Day came and went and no flowers. After sending 2 emails asking what happened, they sent me an email the Monday after to say my order was cancelled because there were no available florists. That was the first they communicated that to me. And they haven't credited me for it either. They should not be able to charge me if they aren't even passing ** the order to a florist. I ordered a bouquet from Teleflora on 5/2/20, for a 5/9/20 delivery, the day before Mother's Day. After not hearing anything from my mother on 5/10/20, I contacted Teleflora. They confirmed the flowers had not been delivered, apologized and said they would deliver on Monday, 5/11/20, at half price. I confirmed that I still wanted them delivered, but also asked to speak to someone about a complaint. I am genuinely concerned this company Teleflora is only interested in taking credit card information from customers. I purchased a floral bouquet to be delivered for Mother's Day on April 15. They did not charge my card right away, which I found very odd, instead they charged it 12 days later on April 27 at which point payments I make toward this card did not coincide with my purchase and the card was declined without enough available credit. Ordered an indoor Kalanchoe plant with beautiful vase. Received an outdoor plant (azalea) with no vase. Not even close to an equivalent replacement. I could have purchased an azalea at local garden shop for 1/4-1/3 the price. Called agent, and after hour of agent trying to contact local florist shop, agent gave me two choices. (1) After much arguing, credit half the purchase price (first offer from agent was 20% discount); (2) deal with the local florist myself. This is completely unacceptable. Worst company ever!!!! Cancelled my mother's day gift didn't tell me at all, so I don't have time to get another gift, now I have to explain to her why I didn't get her anything, thanks a lot teleflora, oh and they don't care, only apologized and basically told me to kick rocks
