I paid for premium flowers, but the flowers that were sent looked "standard" at best... The order was on time, but I didn't get what I paid for. I wish I knew which flower shop filled the order. They didn't say. I showed Teleflora a picture of what was sent. They were quick to respond and refunded $20. I appreciated the quick response, but $20 doesn't even cover the shipping I paid. Very disappointed. That's the last time I spend $144 on flowers again.

COMPELTELY INCOMPENT!!!! The ONLY company that was incapable of delivering flowers my mothers funeral, until it the funeral was almost over, if you can imagine. Substitutions made that were bizarre in a funeral setting. It was obvious they didn't even once consider the event. Absolutely embarassing. There are many other companies that are competent and capable. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER, FOR ANY EVENT. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE EVER.

I ordered Teleflora's Good Luck Bamboo and what was delivered looked nothing like the photo online. What was delivered was 4 randomly arranged (not bundled) bamboo shoots. I called **************** and was offered 25% credit on my order or a collect and redeliver attempt. Since the recipient is in the hospital, I asked if I could instead get a discount on a future order. I was told I could get 20-30 off a future order. Teleflora should be shut down- this is the second experience where they could not fulfill the bouquet selected- sent cheap carnations and a couple of roses instead of lilies etc... and sent them after the order had been canceled over the phone because they failed to deliver the day paid for- but sent crappy arrangement the next day- after i had canceled and ordered from a local florist myself. what they are doing is false advertising and fraud- someone should close them down!

Usually I order flowers from a local flower shop for my mom's birthday and hand deliver them to her house. This year I wanted to do something different and have flowers delivered to her work since her actual birthday landed on a Monday and she could enjoy them for the week at the office & show them off to her coworkers. I ordered flowers for my mother for valentine's Day. Knowing how busy florists get, I asked to be delivered on 12 Feb. I get an email on the 12th telling me the flowers had been delivered. I called my Mom and asked if she got the flowers. She says NO. I asked her to look outside her apt. door where there is a shelf, where deliveries are left if person does not answer the door. My order was not delivered at all. When I contacted them, they said they had to investigate the issue with the local florist. After a full week, I asked for an update and a refund. They again said they have to investigate with the local florist during business hours. If they don't resolve by early next week, I intend to file a complaint with my bank and the BBB.

I ordered from Teleflora and after making my purchase I was told my arrangement would not be delivered on the date I selected and then the arrangement I selected was deemed "unavailable." Horrible. Despite multiple emails from me to their ****************, asking for some info about delivery time, we received a bouquet of the wrong flowers after 9 pm on the day they were scheduled. When I complained, their anonymous agent told us a lie about my wife being contacted by phone. Their quality control stinks.
