STAY AWAY from this company- We ordered a plant from Telaflora to be sent to a friend at a hospital. The representative on the phone could not get the recipient name spelling correct. We had to call back 3 times to correct spelling. Then the next day the delivery day they sent and email saying to plant we ordered was not available, Telaflora should have advised on inventory at time of order. Ordered a plant for my husbands birthday. On the day of delivery I received a call saying the product wasn't available (still is listed as available on the website). They asked if I would like a replacement, I said "sure, I just want a plant, nothing cut, but anything is fine!" That was at 12 noon, all day long I tracked the order as it kept saying "at florist." I ordered flowers for same-day delivery for a friend whose husband had had a medical emergency. Florist told Teleflora that delivery was attempted that day but that they couldn't deliver. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise, which was ruined because when the friend hadn't said anything by the next day I had to ask her if she got them, which she hadn't, and then it was a game of having to call teleflora multiple times, provide my friend's cell phone number, my friend had company and an ill spouse at home and now had to... read more

I placed an order on Friday 1/24/20 for delivery on Monday 1/27/20, the website gave me an option to choose the florist. It gave me two options, I chose the closest one to the delivery location. I received confirmation of my order immediately after placing the order. The weekend went by, and on Monday at 1pm I decided to call since I had not received a confirmation for delivery. I ordered flowers for delivery on Saturday for friend recovering after surgery, Monday delivery. They accepted the order. On Monday (at the tame of the supposed delivery) they send me e-mail , that they are cancelling the order. I see very similar reviews from different customers now. I wish I have seen them before. I will be *****, if my review will stop other people from working with Teleflora. Really hope they will go out of business!!!! I easily could have place an order from a different company.

will never use your service again. I made a order online in the morning for someone in critical condition in the hospital. Approximately two hours later at work I received a call stating the plant I ordered was unavailable and if another could be substituted, I said this was fine and the representative said something would be created just as nice. I ordered flowers for my good friend who just had a baby boy. I was emailed by Teleflora that they were hand-delivered. When I FaceTimed her and her husband in the hospital I asked to see the bouquet I sent. They said they never received anything. I was highly embarrassed. My boyfriend order arrangement from this company and they told him it could be delivered to me the next day so he agreed. That day came and I revived nothing. He called and they said they attempted to deliver it ( untrue, I was home all day cause I knew it was coming) they told him they'll deliver it the next day. We sent flower to our Aunts funeral Telaflora said they are having trouble finding someone to make the arrangement that they would call us the next day to let us know.
