if i could give 0 stars i would. worse company i have ever dealt with. Flowers sent were totally unacceptible. I submitted a support ticket, and never got a response back, after I reached out to them no less than a dozen times. When i tried to unsubscribe from their spam email, i get this error message: "We were unable to process your request; please try again later. If the problem persists, contact support for assistance." So, i cant even find a way for them to stop spamming me. Terrible, terrible company.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Flowers not delivered 2 days in a row. No notification, no time to get more flowers. Our event is RUINED. Was on hold 40 minutes and could not speak to a supervisor. Wished I'd Googled complaints before I ordered. I feel like an idiot.

Zero stars - Don't order from this place - their website shows a type of arrangement then get something else completely different - better off going to a grocery store then ordering here - Never again !! Then an hour on the phone to talk to ****************- horrible horrible

I was scammed and who will be held accountable? My friend laid dying in hospice in another state I ordered an arrangement to be delivered that day. The flowers never came and she passed **** that night. There is no second chance. Period. I called to ask for a refund and first I was told 20% in 10 days! After much heated argument I was told 75% refund. I made it up to 100% but it would be reviewed and could take a few weeks. I talked to 4 different managers. The worst **************** I have received ever. Ordered same day delivery on a saturday, it's now monday and the flowers have yet to be delivered. Every **************** person I have spoken to barely speaks english and is so hard to understand. Just trying to send flowers to my cousins whose dog died and this horrible company has completely ruined that.

I ordered an arrangement on March 7 for delivery on March 8. I got a confirmation on March 7 that the order was received. On March 8 around 8:30 AM I saw an email that the arrangement I chose was not available in my area. I chose an alternate arrangement and had expected it to be delivered. At 4:30 PM I still did not have confirmation that the arrangement had been delivered to the recipient. I contacted Teleflora and was told they were looking into it. I'm glad the arrangement was delivered prior to the family leaving town on March 9 - especially since this was a sympathy gift. I don't understand why a flower delivery takes 2 days to be processed and delivered. I won't be using Teleflora for any future flower orders.

Horrible ****************. They will lie to you to get you off the phone. They will forget to follow up with you. They may even forget to send you a confirmation email they received your order in the first place. Save yourself the trouble and just call a local flower shop

One star is too many! Terrible company. I ordered flowers about noon on a Monday for same day delivery. Received an email the same day that the flowers were delivered. I found out they were NOT delivered and called Teleflora. They called the florist and they said they would be delivered on Tuesday. They were not delivered on Tuesday and the florist would not answer the calls from Teleflora. The flowers were still not delivered on Wednesday. Took $159.00 and sent a mess that looked nothing like the picture. Waited on hold for over an hour. Never refunded money. They are scamming people out of their money daily.
