By far the worst, phoniest company I've ever worked with. Valentine's Day roses that order was placed three weeks prior never made it and the **************** agent had the AUDACITY to say their system was having an upgrade at 5 Pm on 2/14. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT DELIVER WHAT IS PROMISED

I PLACED AND ORDER FOR MY ANNIVESARY 2/13/19 THEY CHANGED THE DELIVERY DATE TO THE 14TH AND DIDNT INFORM ME. I WAS PROMISED A DELIVERY ON THE 14TH AND IT IS THE 15TH MY CARD HAS BEEN DOUBLE CHARGED AND STILL NO DELIVERY. MY MATE HAS BEEN FUSSING SINCE BECAUSE SHE SAID I DIDNT ACKNOWLEDGE OUR FIRST ANNIVESARY. THAN THEY YOURE ON HOLD FOREVER TRYING TO GET A REP. Flowers ordered for Valentine's day. The order was placed a week in advance. The delivery address was to my wife's work. By 3:40 P.M. no flowers delivered. Contacted ****************. 40 minutes on hold. Was informed that they have, "Between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. to deliver." I inquired about the status of the order. I was informed it was out for delivery. By 5:00 P.M. no flowers delivered. I never received a phone call, text, or e-mail apologizing for the delay or the order being late. Your **************** is the worst experience I've had to deal with this year. Instead of listening to what the issue is (being put on hold and then asked "remind me what was your concern again"), and lying about contacting the local floral shop (I was on the other phone with them while your rep put me on hold again), the least you can do is offer a refund. That request wasn't honored and I was asked to hang up and call through **************** again. I will never recommend or spend my money with your company again.

do your self a favor stay clear from this company. I ordered flowers for my mother for same day delivery. we lost my father recently and I did not want her to go through an anniversary saddened. I got an email stating the flowers were hand delivered and not the case, as I was with her. I have spent 5 hours now, 6 calls later to be put on hold, transferred to a "supervisor" and disconnected and no one will help me. this has been upsetting and frustrating. I worked with **************** agent Riza for over an hour regarding innacurate informoation between a teleflora groupon voucher i purchased and my attempt to purchase. Riza attempted to explain, but was unable to resolve my issue. below are the details in an email i sent to ****************, but i have not received any confirmation or response. I recently ordered a beautiful floral arrangement off their website for my mother for her birthday. Had it sent to her work place as a surprise.... my mother send a photo with a thank you honey and the arrangement is nothing like the picture at all! I contacted Teleflora at the time they were putting on and off hold while speaking to florist.
