I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. I paid the upcharge to get the deluxe bouquet. The bouquet that arrived was not even remotely as nice or full as the entry level bouquet. My mother called me about it because she immediately recognized that I would never have ordered what she received which was a few stems of flowers shoved in a vase. I wish I would have read the reviews about these bunch of clowns before placing 3 separate orders. I can't believe they give the lip service that they give and still stay in business. I placed 2 orders through telaflora website on may 10,XXXX X for delivery on the 11th and the other for delivery on the 14th FOR MOTHERS DAY and to this minute no flowers delivered and I've called and called everytime I get the same lie I had to get nasty to even get my money back this needs to be shut down it was my first time using the site and I **** NOT use it again they are scammers making a killing off people and it's a shame

Avoid this service at all costs. I ordered flowers to be delivered the day before mother's day and it never showed up. I had to call and wait on hold for 20 minutes the day after it was supposed to be delivered and was told they automatically canceled it because the florist was at capacity. I was never notified that this happened until I called. I was also not offered any coupon towards future orders or any real apology.

I am currently deployed to the Middle East and used Teleflora to send flowers to my wife for mothers day. They stated on the site and when I made the purchase that they would be delivered no later than 6 pm on Mothers Day May 13, 2018. As expected by the numerous reviews here, they did not deliver the flowers. I ordered 3 bouquets for the same person to be delivered on the same day. One was delivered on time, another was delivered a day late and the third was not delivered at all!
