On 8/1 I ordered Enchanted cottage arrangement for my mother's birthday. it is a purple bouquet with white roses, lavender colored stalk flowers, and a purple bow. What I got looked like it had been taken out of the garbage of a chain grocery store. It had pink and white daisies. There were no roses. There were no purple flowers at all. There was no bow at all. absolutely horrible service! I chose the bouquet (Blue Sapphire Skies) I ordered based on the photo on their website (like everyone else) and what my family received was less than half the size, bare and terrible looking. They offered a 50% off coupon for next time, which I declined, stating that they needed to send new flowers. I paid $75 for this arrangement and was expecting so much more! I ordered the His Favorite Ford F1 Pickup by Teleflora(Standard)" (Old Ford Pickup Vase and Plants) for my father for Fathers Day. The florist delivered flowers and a vase. I contacted Teleflora, and was offered a discount on my NEXT order. I demanded the item I ordered to be delivered as I ordered. I was told it was then delivered correctly on the following Monday. Worst company ever! I placed an order for June 8th and for some reason they did not deliver the flowers that I ordered. They made me change the delivery date to June 9, 2017 but again they did not delivered as promised. I will never order from this company again. So disappointed! They ruined a great moment for my daughter.
