Absolute garbage. They affiliate with bottom-of-the-barrel florists, and when that florist sends garbage on your behalf, they both start blaming each other. I'll elaborate. In my case, a premium arrangement was ordered 3 days in advance to be sent to a visitation and funeral. When I arrived, our arrangement had been positioned in a place of honor adjacent to the casket. Teleflora missed two scheduled delivery days. Asked for a refund. We will see if they can deliver the refund

I ordered tulips to be delivered to my husband's office on Valentine's day. The flowers were never delivered. At 12 am on 2/15/18, I received an e-mail from Teleflora that the arrangement had been delivered. This is surprising as the office had been closed for 6 hours. My husband's office has one building with one secured entrance, so any deliveries have to go through their receptionist. This was obviously a lie- no flowers were ever delivered. I would give negative star rating if I could. They completely tried to fraud me out of $175.00. I ordered flowers to be delivered the next day but they were never delivered. Called and had to wait on hour just to get a customer service representative on the line. I told them my problem and they said my order didn't process because there was something wrong with my card. I told them I've put two other orders at two other separate places and it went through no problem. I even checked my bank statement online while on the phone... read more

Never and I ******* mean never use this company they will steal your money and claimed your **** was delivered and refuse to help or give any type of refund how this **** hole of a company is still in bussness is baffling.

The company entices the buyer with amazing looking floral displays, then deliver an arrangement with a fraction of the flowers expected. Standard bate & switch operation. I paid $100.00 for the flowers and received a quarter of the expected flowers. Very disappointing. Avoid this website like the plague, else face getting ripped off by a criminal retailer. Did not deliver my purchase. Called them multiple times and they promised to call me back/email about new delivery time but never did and also to deliver it the 2nd day which did not happen. She offered to deliver it the 3rd day. Horrible customer service and all in all I think they are a scam company after reading all their reviews on social media (which I should have done in the first place). Seems the overlying theme is "we don't have a florist in that delivery area" which they never told me but is absolutely ridiculous.
