I order some flowers for my great Nephew funeral on December X XXXX the Church never received the The flowers I called them numerous times they told me they would get back to me they never got back to me I ordered the flowers from them through my Fingerhut account they have never got back to me they never reimburse me they are not a good Company to do business with I advise anyone thinking of doing business with them I suggest strongly not to do business with them their **************** is horrible.

I ordered flowers for my wife and paid. on the morning of the delivery I received a call from a Teleflora person confirming the delivery address. Flowers were not delivered and I received an email later in the afternoon when it was to late to organise something else. the email advised me that the delivery was cancelled due to the florist being too busy. Received my refund but due to the change back to Canadian funds from US dollar I received less back than I paid originally due to exchange rate. Called many times and complai... read more

I have been using Teleflora for at least a year but I'm finally done. I have had way too many issues with late deliveries and placing orders online. I have placed several complaints and never received a response. I was a member of the rewards program but I could never actually use the rewards codes that I redeemed. After having spent well over an hour today for something that should have taken less than five minutes, I'm cancelling everything. Teleflora international delivery was a rip off. I ordered a Christmas arrangement to be delivered on Dec 23 rd. It was never delivered. I called every day after and was told they would check on it and call me back. Never got a call back so I contacted to call. Finally I cancelled the order on Friday Dec 27th. The next day it was delivered. poinsettia branches in a small vase at a price of $105.00 I recently bought a bigger poinsettia at Lowe's for $7.99. So pathetic. If I could give -1000 stars I would! These people are horrible. I ordered an arrangement for same day delivery for a next day service. They calle me 3 times on 12/27 to say they couldnt deliver same day. So.i asked for next day to the funeral home by 9 am. They GUARANTEED me that it would be done. To my shame the flowers weren't there. They called me during my godmothers service to say they needed and alternative date to deliver and possibly another address! Who does this? This company has horrible **************** with people, not only did they say the delivery Address didn't exist (it did!) the **************** lady I could hardly understand and was put in hold for 30 mins to try find my order. With today's technology you can find any home especially if your in a delivery service? No skills with customers and when you order many many days ahead you would expect an arrival on time. Ordered flowers for godmother at 6 pm on Friday night - they were never delivered and they claim florist said no one was home when they were - she had surgery and was not out and about. Company won't tell me which florist was supposed to deliver the flowers. Very unhappy with this I just threw away money because they still are not delivered.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement online that cost me over $60 for a Christmas present. When my relative got it I asked her to send a picture and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered a full holiday arrangement with pinecones, berries, at least a dozen red carnations, and more than a dozen white miniature carnations. I placed an order on behalf of my boss, for his wife, last Friday for a delivery today. We ordered the Premium arrangement, but that is not what arrived. The arrangement was so small that the flowers where moving around in the vase. There were hardly any green plants in the arrangement to accent the roses. We returned the flowers and called Teleflora to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
