I ordered a Christmas cactus for my mother as a birthday present. A peace lily in an old basket was delivered. A peace lily is what you send when someone dies. Even on your web site you show it in your "sympathy" section. A quick phone call or email to confirm the plant being sent, rather than this substitute would have been so much better. I would never send this type of plant to my mother for her birthday. I have purchased form Teleflora for 10 years and recently they have become horrible to deal with. They have cancelled orders on the day of delivery twice now and therefore cost me more money to have flowers sent from somewhere else due to shortened timeframe. I call **************** and they only read from scripted prompts with no care or concern. This time they didn't return my money but thanks to USAA problem solved. I am done. I ordered a full beautiful arrangement for my sister and she received a bare replica of what was ordered and the bear looked as if it had been used. 133.50 cents worth of nothing!

Absolutely horrendous communication and service. Ordered $60 worth of flowers to cheer someone up, they never recieved them. After checking the order status, it showed delivered. This tells me that the florist is marking orders as delivered to satisfy Teleflora while they get to deliver the orders THE NEXT DAY. My order was placed at 11:30am. Worst service ever. You pay for same day delivery to be told it won't be delivered until maybe three days later. It was a hassle to get my refund. They have many customers upset about false delivery times. I feel like they are scamming people with false information.

I ordered a very specific arrangement. What was delivered was late and 100% different then what was ordered. Day 2, they have not been able to resolve and continue to explain their policies, that the florist isn't responding or they're waiting for a response and offer their apologies, yet the issue does not get solved. I ordered an African Violet Butterfly arrangement for the family of a deceased relative. African Violets were her favorite which made choosing this arrangement a no brainer. What arrived? An ivy plant! Teleflora disappointed on two orders of flowers placed for Easter delivery on 4/11 - one for my wife and one for my mother. The arrangement that my wife received on 4/11 was not even a close resemblance to the picture I ordered from - not in color and not in flower type. I wish I could give this company zero stars. Ordered a beautiful bouquet (or so I thought) for my parents 50th anniversary. Called my mother about 5 pm asking if she received anything (I was surprised she hadn't called). Nope nothing, nada. I called Telflora and was on hold over an hour and kept being put in a loop.
