I ordered an orchid for Mother's Day and it arrived with a broken branch. The orchid was completely damaged. I called for a replacement and then they replaced it with CUT flowers which died a week later. I called and stated I did not want cut flowers and that I had ordered an orchid for my mother. They told me the best they could do was offer me a 50% refund. What kind of customer satisfaction is that? I

Don't ever use Teleflora. I ordered my mom flowers a week before mother's day. She needs received them. I never got a call/email letting me know. So I called, and was told they couldn't get delivered til this past Saturday because of the local florist schedule and that was the only open time. So Saturday came, no delivery, and no call/email. On May 5, 2020, I placed an order for a succulent garden in a Chevy Camaro planter. This company uses false advertising. After searching the internet for the right arrangement I settled on them because of the vase/pitcher it was shown in. I had ordered flowers for my Mom for Mother's Day and they lasted just 5 days and they were dead. There were a few roses and Lily's all dead in just a matter of a few days! I ordered a $72 flower arrangement of orange flowers in a pumpkin for a friend who lost her Certified Care dog suddenly that was a that she'd had for 10 years. THE WORST LIARS. I ordered for Mother's Day and chose the weekend delivery date. When I got to the checkout screen it had somehow magically changed to Wednesday 5/13. Not ideal, but ok.
