Absolutely horrible. Don't ever use this company! We had a snake on the concrete path around our house. A sales representative came and told us we had mice in our attic and that attracted snakes. We signed a contract to set some traps in the attic and outside for snakes, and close the weepholes and some other openings. At that time we were told we had to take a 1 year contract for service. So just had Your tech Eric call and quote us over the phone for 400$ up to 800$ to remove a squirrel from a stack that has service port so it's easy accessible? What's the free estimate not a paid service by the employer so we don't want to show up to the customers house? How the **** do you know what the estimate will be if your not here to see the animal or area in question? I love the emails or texts that I receive letting me know when they will arrive. The customer service is always polite. Have used them for a few years and never had any issues. Thank you!

I **** this extermination service. Very professional yet friendly. Always available. I especially like the “pay up front” option so I can make one payment for the year. More than anything I appreciate my exterminator, Dani. She’s the best. So helpful and always honest. Thank you Ace Exterminators.

Excellent, customer-oriented service. If we have needs in between our regular service appointments Orkin is incredibly responsive. And our service person is knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. We are very satisfied and have been long term customers.

Joel from Orkin is very reliable and proactive with his service! If we see any pests they are usually dead or close to death.
