Joel is thorough and reliable. He has been our tech for five years and has always been on top of any pest issues.
Our HOA is serviced by the Home Team company in Winston-Salem, NC. We are increasingly unhappy with this company. They have been our pest control Taexx company since 2005 when this HOA started. They have changed management or ownership several times over the years. Each time this happens there has been issues with the service and communication. ORKIN spams me continuously, i believe it is the wrong email address.. I do not live in the Atlanta area and I have requested multiple times to have them remove me. their customer service is non-existent. I have never had any dealings with ORKIN and from the level of response i have received, I doubt I ever will. If I could put in negative stars I would.

I have been on monthly service contracts with Trutech for over five years and been very pleased with their service. HOWEVER, the past two visits have been drastically lacking in usual service protocols. The technician , ***, was at my home just under nine minutes this last visit and informed me management instructed her to move fast as she had many stops to make. I am beyond frustrated with Orkin and their lack of customer service and their ability to take advantage of its customers. I started with Orkin in May 2019 and signed a service agreement for a quarterly service for my issue with carpenter bees. I was charged an initial service charge, which I paid in full and then signed a contract stating I would pay $50.83 x 4 (for quarterly services) plus tax. We noticed an issue at house and my wife called many potential companies. She was impressed with the responsiveness and forthrightness of Ace. Ace came the same afternoon that we called and they were very clear as to what was needed and what it would cost. There was not attempt to up sale us on products or services. We retained Ace's services for the time period that it recommended and have not had future problems.
