Great company with fantastic staff, easy to work with and highly recommended.
IÂ’ve had their service for many years and have not been disappointed yet. They are always within the window of time that they give. Their service representatives are always very courteous and professional and answer any questions that I have. When I need a call back for service they are always very responsive.

Best customer service I’ve had in any service company. I’ve had Orkin for years, multiple different service technicians. They are courteous, reliable, and best of all, if you call in between regularly scheduled maintenance treatments, in my experience, they come out within a day to fix whatever unexpected problem may arise. Not three days, not next week. And they’re positive, never making me feel like I am putting them out by asking for the extra visits.
Ok.... This is the real deal! Orkin helped to make my home comfortable again after some unwelcomed guests arrived. An inspection was done and a course of action was implemented. When certain unwelcomed guests didn't stay away, they did whatever was necessary to rectify the situation. I have been a happy Orkin customer for 4 years. Orkin gets the job done right every time.
Efficient, professional, informative! The team was on time and friendly. Answered all my questions and encouraged them.
Let's see! 1. Had for three years still have mice and bugs. 2. The last kid walked around the house didnt spray or anything and was very rude with the miss. 3. Had there termite people show up said 2200 cause the house has never been treated. Called new local bug person for second opinion. He said and showed me where the house has been treated and that there hasn't been any activity in awhile. So that's a scam on orkin trying to sale more products at a very high cost!

The Branch Manager offered to have the service manager come out with the technician to perform additional service at no charge and Mr. **** declined. Orkin has always given me exceptional treatment and these days, Adam is beyond exceptional. Totally professional, thoroughly knowledgeable, and does his best to work with my schedule.
I bought a house in July 2019, not knowing it was infested with bed bugs. As soon as I realized the problem, I called Orkin and set up an appt for them to come check it out. They did the first treatment, it didn't work at all. They came back not once, but five more time after that to treat and I STILL was having bedbug problems. No matter how many times they came out and treated, I was still finding them in my house!!! Their treatment obviously does NOT work!! This situation was an absolute NIGHTMARE!!!
