Professional, knowledgeable. I’ve been working with ACE for a couple of years with our rental properties. They are always very straightforward with the treatments, never less, never more.

They gave us a quote. They could not provide us with valid documentation or work order to sign or a date which they would do the work. So we called another company refered by our Realtor. The other Company did the work and we have proof of that. Trutech/Critter Control NEVER did the work. NOR did we sign anything stating they did. Then they billed us, as if we owed them for work they never did, so we called and were told it was a mistake and would be fixed. That happened a few times. Orkin sent an email notifying me of an upcoming treatment appointment. I called to cancel the appointment and future service because I don't see the value of paying $110 for someone to be here 10 minutes to spray the foundation. Orkin said THEY have a 30 day cancellation policy and are going to come anyway and charge me.

We contacted several pest control companies, our maincomplaint was mice. Orkin gives 100% guarantee. We signed contract. Still have mice,Mice and mice are still present. Mice had been a problem in the past. ORKIN seemed To be the most professional and promised me they could get rid of mice. They laid mouse traps, which have never been empty, except summertime. Our ACE technician is very professional and thorough. She keeps us well informed about services and products she is using each visit. We have not had any pest issues in the year and a half that we’ve been using them.

I had scheduled an appointment for 12 - 2. Nobody ever showed up. They took my credit card info, and ran off with it. I never received a call trying to reschedule. Clearly they are trying to steal money. The salesman on the phone dropped the yearly price from almost $900 to under $500. So they were trying to steal $400 from me for nothing. Once I was able to lower the price, we scheduled for someone to come out and they never did. When I called to cancel my service, they asked why. Are you kidding me? Why? How pathetic. I have had a very positive experience with Critter Control for the most part. Austin, John & Edgar could not have been nicer or patient with me in a very stressful situation. They were thoughtful, provided answers to all my questions & assurances that the problem would be resolved. Thankfully, Edgar was able to detect a leak in my roof that was missed by Steve & his crew and immediately provided a temporary steel patch until I can have a roofer repair it correctly. Worst customer service. Worst experience ever. I usually don't leave reviews but this requires it. I called Orkin because I thought they were reliable. I had wasp in the back of my house and they were finding their way into the house. While looking around the attic, he PUT A HOLE IN MY CEILING! WTH?! But that's just the beginning... They call and tell me that they will cover the cost of the ceiling but I have to find someone to replace it, pay for it myself, then they'll reimburse me at some point. Received service contract for first time before summer. First treatment was great service. A manager actually did the treatment and showed me what to look for when I was serviced. Never again, I had different tech each visit. Would come to my house and treat my home and I not even be home. The inside of my house never got sprayed and most of the time they were in and out by 5 minutes. Do not waste your money on this company. Mosquito treatment was awful too.
