Anyone that has Orkin spray your homes or thinking ab having them spray DONT!! Bc they will just reschedule your appointment, ***** ab the company, never have managers in the office, get the corporate run around!!!!! And after being on the phone for an hour and half or more you finally get something accomplished!!!!!

Unfortunately, the technician could not service the account on the scheduled day due to an emergency and Mr. ****** did not want to reschedule his service. The Branch Manager contacted Mr. ****** and went in the technicians place to service his home. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Davis was very professional and took care of what was needed to be done. I would recommend Critter Control to deal with a critter problem.

I signed up for the Termite service and they told me that I would not see the holes that they needed to drill in my concrete. Not only do I see the holes but I was also charged the full $1650 instead of just the down payment of $247. Plus, they hit an electrical line and it messed up our electrical outlets outside. This whole thing is a mess and I wish I had never hired Orkin to do the work!

We have had Ace Exterminating for several years. The service we have gotten has been very reliable and professional. They always take the time to answer any questions and give us peace of mind explaining how the treatments work. We have been critter and insect free since we started with Ace.

When they had came out I was told they would come back in 7 days. I called up there and was told to expect a call . Never heard from them . I called today and said I wanted to cancel service . They told me I was in a 12 month contract. I was told by the technician i can cancel anytime ok then he told me I had to give 30 day notice! And why when I was told otherwise and not given service promised. I work in retail and customer service and I believe firmly in giving excellent customer service. I was not given that at all.
