I received a response to my web request within minutes. The owner was polite and professional. He explained the process and the billing prior to purchasing the services. I was pleased to have received emailed pictures of the technician and the owner prior to the appointment. The technician was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. He set clear expectations and tailored the treatment to my home and family to be safe for children and pets. Unbelievable! I have contacted Orkin twice this week in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic that I needed to cancel service after 12 years because I am no longer able to afford it NOW due to the current economic circumstances. They stated that they require a 30 day notice to cancel service. NO EXCEPTIONS! I will be sure to NOT return to them once I am able to afford pest control again. I am so disgusted with their customer treatment when it would be most needed.

I feel like Orkins pest control technicians are being treated poorly. They are risking their health due to the fact that Orkin isn't taking the Corona virus epidemic seriously. They are still making technicians go into peoples houses, even though they were told not to but still make them, if the client wants them to or they have a mouse or Ant job. The techs arent even being paid hazard pay right now!. These techs and the office staff are putting their families at risk every single day because they are forced to work during ... read more

I had them come out to do an initial rat termination service for me and before they performed the service they had me sign a contract for a one year service agreement without providing me with detailed information about the one year plan. They told me my initial service would entail at least four follow ups without a charge.
