My technician is a very nice polite man and the service is always good, fast and effective. If I call for a touch up service, they always get someone right out, no extra charge. The office staff is polite and helpful.
I have been an Orkin customer with quarterly service for over 5 years in the Dayton, OH area. My service technician, William, is extremely professional, does a good job, and is simply a nice guy. He wears shoe covers, pets my dog, says hi to my kids, and kills all the bugs. I live next to a nature reserve and get all kinds of creepy crawlers. *****, our inspector showed up on time in the two hour window promised and took care of the problem. The job was completed in two hours at the quoted price. The service included going around the interior and exterior of the entire garage and house. This is the next day and all the box elder bugs are dead.
I’ve used other exterminating services over the last 35 years and Ace has been the best. Service is prompt. Communication is great. Dani is wonderful. I would recommend their service to anyone.

Answered the phone on the second ring. The gal I chatted with was very nice. They made a very good recommendation to another company (****** *******) that removed bats from my attic. I couldn’t be more pleased. If I ever have a creepy crawly bug problem I will call them.

The Trutech sales office in our area, Palm Coast, Florida charged us $ 598 dollars to remove an armadilo from our home and only went through the motions. They put out a trap for a few days, laid out a some sort of substance to make grubs taste bad and we still have the same armadillo digging up our yard. The rep said they would charge us another 598.00 to come out again. Do not use these guys!

I wish I would have seen this before wasting my $429 during a pandemic. I had At least 4 or 5 baby birds in the wall. They came out saying there were only 2. I even played the recording it was not 2. I then heard 2 more birds in there later, which I assumed they would die as their mother could no longer get to them with the cover on the vent. Trutech came out again with 1 bird. I was not advised about the sheetrock being removed. So I did not decline. I reached out to fb and that was the 1st time I heard. Even the tech made a statement of wanting to get it resolved before mentioned that. This was on the 3rd visit. Needless to say the tech Mark was courteous , knowledgable, and shared what he would be doing each time he came ,even bringing additional odor reducing items for the bathroom. As of yet, I dont have any foul odors. So this appears to have been resolved. Thanks for willing to fix this
