Our person was on time and he was very knowledgeable about the pests and answered all of our questions.
Had a wonderful experience with using Orkin in **********, **********. **************** was excellent as I set up the scheduled visits and *** that visited the house kept in contact with what the plan was and made sure that I was in the loop. Great company!
I signed a contract to do a monthly service. No one showed up for the first scheduled treatment. No one contacted me to let me know they weren’t coming. The next day, someone showed up unannounced. The following month, yet again, no one showed up for the second scheduled treatment. I would not recommend using Orkin.
Orkin has been taking care of us for several years now. They are very thorough, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile.
Very Very unhappy with the job that was done. Nothing was done the way the way the guy stated it was to be done.We where told the holes where supposed to be 12 inches apart around windows and doors for dry wood termite treatment. Some windows had 4 holes total 9 foot sliding glass door had 2 holes total. we paid extra for insulation in attic that was suppose to be 4 to 6 inches thick. The worst company to keep appointments. I had to call three times to follow up on my appt because nobody showed up or even cared to call to apologize or reschedule. I spoke to a Sup at the store, his name was John and his attitude was not caring at all. He just sounded rude and careless, the appt he made ended up the same way as the other two appts, NO SHOW. I scheduled a free termite and mouse inspection at my home a couple weeks ago. I received the termite inspection and no mouse inspection. The employee proceeds to tell my husband and I that what he did find in our crawl space he estimates as $12,000 worth of renovation work and cleaning. Telling us how a lot of repairs need to happen, cleaning, replacement, etc. I was near panic and all the while at work as he tells me this on the phone. I called Orkin on 7-31-20 to remove a wasp nest and gave my credit card for $276.48 for this service. The rep came that afternoon, sprayed the nest and said there was a 30 day guarantee and I should call the next week so they can come out to remove the nest with no further charges for 30 days and they also would spray again if the wasps are still there. The wasps are still there, this is above my door and I have been stung and allergic, I have been calling numerous times and they never pick up and you cant leave a message. I... read more

We signed up for Orkin's termite treatment, spray-in insulation in our attic, and to clean out/install new crawl space door & vents/a vapor barrier in our crawlspace. The attic insulation is fine. But we are not satisfied with the rest of Orkin's work. The termite treatment was applied around our home. In the garage, they drilled into the center of bricks which caused them to crack when there was concrete flooring less than a foot away where the treatment could have been applied.
